I've been drawing portraits of people since 2004 (senior in high school). My skills have definitely evolved since then. I actually started drawing portraits using mechanical pencils and graphite. It wasn't until 2015, when I drew the portrait for Ryan Leslie that I started using charcoal. His was the very first, and it makes him my most famous client. I also have experience with charcoal figure drawing, I started doing those when I was 17. Charcoal and vine are probably my favorite mediums to use because they are both easy to manipulate.
